Joseph O.
Breslawski is a businessman from Calgary, AB. Joseph's entrepreneurial
spirit, proven marketing strengths, and ability to focus
on visionary conceptual ideas; have enabled him to capitalize
on making tangible products from the intangible concepts
and ideas that predominate the high tech and geological
data industry. Mr. Breslawski is past President and founder
of CD PubCo Inc. For eleven years he had led CD PubCo through
a wide variety of advancing high technology projects, international
and local oil industry firms, various research institutes
in foreign countries, and an Alberta Research Council's
Joint Research Venture. Originally an Albertan, Mr. Breslawski
came to Calgary in 1987 after having sold a successful
electronics based business in Toronto. With him, he brought
the concepts of CD-ROM publishing. Prior to that, Mr. Breslawski
had a wide variety of sales and marketing positions in
the publishing, general insurance, and office equipment
industries. In 1999 - 2001 he served as Chief Information
Officer for International Datashare Inc. a Toronto Exchange
listed corporation, reported to the CEO, Bruce Chernoff
on business opportunities, acquisitions and mergers. He
spearheaded the purchase of Nickle Mapping, MSI Capture
and AnGIS Software Companies for International Datashare
Inc. Since 2001 Mr. Breslawski , as President of Keg River
Corporation, develops web based solutions and consults
on software development and implementation. Joseph's experience
in technology and business processes will provide Telkwa
with advice on implementing leading edge technology based
on solid business requirements and advice on mergers and
acquisitions.
